YOU ONLY HAVE ONE BODY
TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT!
Empowering People to Achieve Self-Determined Goals and Sustainable Belief and Behaviour change related to Health and Wellness.
I am a certified Health Coach by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York.
I started my career as a fashion model where I worked for 15 years, and then I held a range of roles in TV production, event planning, public relations, and image consultant.
As a young mother of 3 pursuing my modelling career, I quickly became aware of how my diet and exercise routines contributed to my body image and health.
I’ve always cultivated an interest in the nutritional benefits of food and exercise from a young age, and friends and family often came to me for advice on how to adopt more healthy lifestyles.
I wanted to go deeper in how food and nutrition can replace medication, so I decided to pursue a degree as a Health Coach in order to further help others with similar issues.

FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

BOX BREATHING
Box breathing, also known as square breathing or tactical breathing, is a simple technique that can be used to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation. The technique involves inhaling for a count of four, holding the breath for a count of four, exhaling for a count of four, and then holding the breath again for a count of four before repeating the cycle. Box breathing can also be used to improve physical performance, such as in sports and endurance activities, by helping to oxygenate the body and increase mental focus and clarity. It can also be helpful for people with certain medical conditions such as asthma and COPD. Studies have shown that regular deep breathing exercises such as box breathing can also have a direct effect on blood pressure. Box breathing can potentially help to lower high blood pressure, but it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before making any changes to your treatment plan.
